EVIK™ Excipient Selection Plates
EVIK™ Excipient Selection Plates are 96-well plates pre-filled with lyophilized (freeze-dried) excipients curated to support stabilization and lyophilization of molecular diagnostic assay components.
EVIK™ Excipient Selection Plates contain expert-selected lyophilized excipients in a DxSpheres format, chosen based on demonstrated compatibility with DNA and RNA amplification assays. The platform enables rapid, parallel screening of excipient effects on assay performance, helping identify compatible excipient candidates early in development and reducing downstream formulation risk.
Designed for rapid, reproducible assay compatibility screening for use with various laboratory assays including: CRISPR, LAMP, RPA, PCR, Ag/Ab and protein.
EVIK™ Excipient Selection Plates are ready to use – simply reconstitute each well with 20 µL of reagent and run in a standard thermal cycler.
Note: Custom plate configurations and excipient combinations or ratios are available upon request. Options to screen buffers (pH 5–7), stabilizers, and surfactants in a full factorial design are also available in custom plate formats.
