Built on EVIK™ proven RT-qPCR Master Mix DxSpheres platform, these kits are fully customized to any target and specification with a turnaround time of as little as two months.

Customers provide assay target and specifications, including assay volume and intended storage conditions, and EVIK™ expert scientists will develop target-specific primers and probes to incorporate directly into the existing DxSpheres formulation. The result is a finished, ready-to-use test kit manufactured under the customer’s brand.

Each kit is supplied as a breakable 96-well plate pre-dispensed with assay-specific DxSpheres. The end users simply add purified DNA or RNA sample (or control) to the well and follow the test protocol — no reagent preparation required. Kits are compatible with any analyzer capable of processing standard 96-well PCR plates or PCR strip tubes, making integration into existing laboratory workflows effortless.
