EVIK™ LyoPearl Retinol is a single-dose, freeze-dried skincare bead containing retinol (vitamin A) as the primary active, with sodium hyaluronate as a co-active and polysorbate 20 as the retinol solubiliser. Each bead lyophilizes the retinol in a dry glassy matrix that protects it from the oxidation and photodegradation that limit the effective shelf life of conventional retinol formulations, sealing the active at peak potency until the bead is dissolved at the moment of use.
