EVIK™ Excipient Selection Plates are 96-well plates pre-filled with lyophilized (freeze-dried) excipients curated to support stabilization and lyophilization of molecular diagnostic assay components.
Designed for rapid, reproducible assay compatibility screening for use with various laboratory assays including: CRISPR, LAMP, RPA, PCR, Ag/Ab and protein.
EVIK™ Excipient Selection Plates are ready to use – simply reconstitute each well with 20 µL of reagent and run in a standard thermal cycler.
Custom plate configurations and excipient combinations or ratios are available upon request. Options to screen buffers (pH 5–7), stabilizers, and surfactants in a full factorial design are also available in custom plate formats.
